Shipping rates were designed to be reasonable, and affordable as well as easy to mentally figure while you are considering your purchases. The following rates apply to the U.S. states and are for standard mail delivery service.

Items marked as "may require additional shipping and handling" are bulky or heavy items which cost more to ship. These items will be charged current rates as provided through our carrier.

Shipping to other countries, as well as use of a preferred delivery (such as FedEx or UPS) are available, with shipping rates recalculated prior to purchase confirmation.

Upon receipt of order, shipping charges will be calculated and an email stating order total with shipping costs will be sent. This email is an order confirmation request. No order will be processed until the confirmation is complete.

 

All giftware orders are shipped together, unless specifically arranged in advance, are being shipped as 'gifts', in cases of back order, or if a product is no longer available.

Jewelry is always shipped seperate of the giftware, but multiple jewelry items can be combined together.

Substitutions may be shipped separately.

Additional shipping may apply if shipped separately.

GROUND SHIPPING:

Continental U.S. (48 States) Normal delivery time of giftware is 5-10 business days. (Shipping to a PO Box will be $12.95 minimum shipping fee.) Ground shipping price breaks at order totals of about $250.00.

Jewelry items may be delayed by up to 2 weeks depending on back-order.

ALASKA & HAWAII:

Delivery time 15-19 business days. This includes Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico as well as US military APOs/FPOs.

CANADA POST:

Delivery time 1-3 weeks. Please note, this is the only shipping option for Canada at this time. We're pre-paying all duties and taxes so that Canada Post can ship the merchandise directly to your door or you.

 

REDUCED GROUND SHIPPING FEE OFFER:

We now offer reduced domestic ground shipping for orders over $250.00. Delivery time is 7-10 business days. (This offer is not available for residents living in Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Canada.)

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:

Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days after the order is processed.

(Oversized, extremely heavy items, and jewelry do not qualify for overnight shipping)

 

RUSH 2-DAY SHIPPING:

Estimated delivery time 3 business days after order is processed.

(Oversized, extremely heavy items, and jewelry do not qualify for 2-Day shipping)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

No International shipping is provided at this time.


AVOID RETURN PACKAGES:

In the event a package is returned to our warehouse, due to refusal, not available after 3rd attempt or buyer providing the wrong address, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in addition to a 25% restocking fee. To help avoid returns, please make sure you have given us your correct address and phone number so you may be contacted if there is a problem delivering your package. Once you have been provided a tracking number, it is a good idea to keep track of your package until it reaches your door.
